I've been using the Buildup section as a way to add new entries, but some of them are already in the dictionary. Is Buildup a reliable way to find entries that aren't already there and to contribute?

I noticed the same problems when I was annoying a poster with my delete-votings. I informed Paul about this problem, but he could not verify it. Best to avoid Buildup. Anyway, Buildup does not always propose valuable entries.

I was wondering if we should add a category/descriptor/both to kulde = cold
We have one for forkjølelse = cold [infection] and I wasn't sure if we wanted to add one to kulde or just leave it as it is

When it is important, i. e. essential for translating, then re-open the entry and add a descriptor (I name it "translation help").
If it is rather for perfection, I recommend leaving verified entries as they are, because it needs manpower to verify a corrected entry again - and there is a lot of other things to do first.
